Nick Moreno (Manager)
ROSSI DENGLER (OWNER)
Rossi is the owner and director of training at CONNECT K9. She has worked with dogs of all breeds in both - dog sport and behavioral training professionally for over 25+ years. She established CONNECT K9 to improve the experience for both pet owners and their dogs seeking training and pet services. Rossi carries multiple diplomas and licenses from different Training Organisations located in Germany and US. She thoroughly enjoys training and working with dogs of all backgrounds, and her passion for life-long learning fuels her pursuit of mastery in the theory and language of modern dog training. In the area of competitive sport and working dogs, she is a training consultant with several local Police K9 officers throughout Utah, Colorado and Idaho. She also competes with her own dogs in the Sport of Schutzhund and is a certified tracklayer and was the Breed Warden for the the Northwestern Region for the German Shepherd Breed Organization for several years
She also is the head training director of the Utah German Shepherd Schutzhunde Club. She is a professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals and is a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator and an AKC Judge. In addition to working with dogs, Rossi spends time educating pet owners, coaching working dog handlers, and other canine professionals in the theory of modern dog training.
Nick was introduced to professional dog training in 2015 after seeking out professional Schutzhund training for his three German Shepherd girls at Denfors K9 Academy.
Watching these three go from little 8 weeks old puppies into driven sport dogs that quickly earned their first AKC CGC titles, the Companion Tests (BH), Tracking titles and won several Conformation Shows with first places. This motivated him and got his passion for dog training and dog sport on.
He started his dog training career in 2015 by completing the Introduction dog Training Class at Denfors K9 Academy and also completed the level 1-3 Canine Training and Behavior Program at Denfors K9 Academy beginning of 2023. He is a certified trial helper in IGP Schutzhunde Sport and he is working constantly toward earning more titles in obedience, tracking, and the IGP sport.
Nick joined the CONNECT K9 team in January of 2023 as manager.
Sandi (TRAINER)
Sandi owns a all black German Shepherd and a Cattle Dog mix, Bella. Bella is now 14 years old but still knows her dog Tricks.
Sandi has always enjoyed working with animals and first began with horses when she was seven years old. She completed her Veterinarian Technician career in las Vegas when she moved to Utah with her family
She joines the CONNECT K9 Team as a trainer and is constantly developing her skills and knowledge in canine behavior.
Angela (TRAINER)
Angi was born into dogs and dog training. Growing up, Angis parents bred Golden Retriever which is where her love for dogs originated. Angelas first personal dog was a golden Retriever that she got when she was 8 years old. She trained in AKC obedience and Trick dog with him and earned his CGC title.
Angela worked 5 years as a Kennel assistant Head Trainer at a local training Business and has personally owned several dogs.
